ROI = net profit per unit ÷ your cost per unit × 100. If a product costs you $9 landed and nets $9 profit after Amazon fees, that is a 100% ROI.

What is a good ROI on Amazon FBA?

Retail and online arbitrage sellers usually aim for 50–100%+ ROI; private label sellers accept 40–60% because volume is higher and repeat orders are cheaper to source.

What is the difference between ROI and margin?

Margin divides profit by the selling price, ROI divides profit by your cost. A 30% margin can be a 100% ROI — ROI tells you how hard your cash is working, margin tells you how much price cushion you have.
